If you are dissatisfied with our products for any reason we will happily exchange it or refund it.
Any item may be returned to us within 30 days of delivery confirmation for an exchange or refund (less shipping/handling/insurance costs). Please follow these 4 simple steps:
- Email us. Let us know what item you need to return, why you want to return it and whether you'd like to exchange it or be refunded.
- Carefully Pack the Merchandise. Refunds will only be issued for items returned in new condition, with all original packaging, boxes and paperwork.
- Ship it to us. Returns must be received by us no later than 30 days from the date of delivery confirmation. Please ship returns to us via an insured and trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. Also, please keep your return shipping receipt and tracking number for your reference during the return process.
- Receive your refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges are normally processed within 7 days from the day the merchandise is received and inspected by our returns processor.
|Since Gaia’s Formula skincare products contain few preservatives, we suggest they are used up within 6 months of purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a product or feel it is not at its absolute freshest, we will happily exchange it for a fresh product or return it for a refund. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.|
